FAQ

  • What if my product arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure each item is carefully packaged, but unfortunately accidents do happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage. We will do our best to remedy the situation. For more information regarding shipping, please visit our policy page.
  • Original straps on or off?
You must keep the original device straps on (but unfastened) in order to use our ankle band correctly. The original straps are what hold the tracking device in the opening to ensure sensor-to-skin contact. Removing the original straps and allowing the tracking device to "float" freely within the band is absolutely not recommended. In fact, it is probably an almost guaranteed way to lose your device. The original straps plus the ankle band offers exceptional security to keep your device safely in place.

  • What size band do I need?
First, it depends if you are opting for a nylon or cotton band. Our nylon bands have varying degrees of stretchiness, whereas cotton has zero stretch. Please reference the appropriate sizing chart below for our sizing recommendation:
  • Does wearing my device around my ankle still allow accurate vital readings?
Yes! What makes our ankle band unique is the sensors still maintain skin contact even around your ankle. All health and sleep vitals are still accurately recorded.
  • Does the ankle band come with a step/activity tracking device?
No, no devices are included. Our ankle bands are made to fit devices you already own.
  • Are the bands machine washable?
Yes, both the nylon and cotton ankle bands are machine washable; however, we recommend fastening it together so that it does not snag other garments or the fastener become fuzzy.
  • Are all of the bibs the same size?
There are roughly three different sizing categories -- the vast majority of the bibs are approximately 16" x 25", there are a handful smaller than that (which are indicated in the dropdown menu), and a singular listing for extra large bath towel-like bibs. When it comes to the primary category, we say approximately 16" x 25" because depending on the brand of the towel, the size may differ an inch or so.
  • Why do you ask if the bib is for a baby/toddler or kid/adult?
Great question! The towels themselves are exactly the same, but the difference is in the finished style of the bib. For babies/toddler, the bib is a pullover design with the hole and neck ribbing sized just right for smaller noggins. For older kids/adults, hook-and-loop fasteners are added to the back to make the bibs adjustable, and nothing has to be pulled over your head.
  • Are the bibs machine washable?
Absolutely! These soft terry cloth bibs are made from hand towels, so they wash up like any other towel you have in your home. Depending on the print/color, you can even throw them in the bleach load. If you have the older kid/adult bib with the hook-and-loop fastener, we do recommend fastening it together before washing so that it does not snag or become fuzzy.
  • Why is terry cloth towel bib better than microfiber, silicone, or plastic bibs?
Terry cloth is a very absorbent fabric, but robust enough to not allow spills to transfer through onto clothes. Microfiber, silicone, and plastic bibs repel liquids and other spills leaving the mess nowhere to go but dribble down the front right into the lap. Even those bibs with the built-in "pockets" at the bottom are hit or miss depending on if the pocket is "puckered" open or not. Terry cloth snatches up those spills before they have a chance to go anywhere else.
