Orders will be shipped via USPS (domestic or international) in appropriate packaging depending on the product (polybag, padded mailer, sandwiched between two piece of cardboard, envelope, etc.) Andrea Rees Design proudly uses mostly recycled packaging and shipping supplies in order to keep our prices low and Earth green. So please excuse the printing on the back or condition of the cardboard.

We understand issues sometimes arise during the shipping process. If your order goes missing or arrives damaged, please reach out immediately so that situation can be remedied. If there is damage to the product, please also provide photos of the item and the condition of the packaging.
